Digital Project Partner

As a Digital Project Partner, you will work across the Corporate Communications team, with Corporate Technology, and with internal Business Clients throughout the company, to support engagement with the company’s collaborative intranet, known as “The Square”. The position will report to the Enterprise Community Manager and work in support of employee-facing content on the site.

 

Duties include:

  • Executing on long-term and day-to-day site launches and management tasks with activity as a subject matter expert (SME)
  • Providing guidance and consulting to develop, then execute, solutions for business clients’ online information
  • Managing to delivery timelines and regular status updates to business clients and The Square’s leadership team and associated Steering Committee
  • Meeting with business client and other teams within Corporate Communications as needed
  • Applying creative problem-solving, has decision-making latitude, and managing client relationships
  • Leveraging design conceptualization and standard HTML & CSS construction skills
  • Prioritizing project deliverables with minimal supervision and in accordance to brand, compliance, and web standards; expected to recommend improvements and provide constructive criticism for design requests
  • Managing all “location-related” pages of The Square on a daily basis
  • Delivering creative problem-solving to design requests in accordance to brand, compliance, and web standards
  • Supporting the definition of a future-facing Digital Workplace strategy, that ensures our employees can be productive, engaged, and have access to the tools and resources they need to do their jobs

 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in related field and proven expertise in digital technology, social media, collaborative platforms, or online community management
  • At least one year of hands-on, expert experience with the Jive platform, and experience of other collaborative intranets desired
  • HTML, CSS, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and an active self-starter
  • Intellectual curiosity, an appetite to learn, and a desire to continuously enhance the value we provide to our all employees and business areas of the company
  • Have the ability to think critically; taking a situation that is described and hunting down the possible solutions
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Collaborative team player with successful experience as part of cross-functional teams and projects
