Senior Associate, Early Career Recruiter - Technology

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Early Career Recruiter to support the attraction, selection and assessment process for the TDAV (Technology, Data, AI & Ventures) Early Careers program. This role will be instrumental in scaling our internship and early talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, and partnering closely with both Talent Acquisition and TDAV leadership to deliver a best-in-class recruitment strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for TDAV early career roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with TDAV and Early Careers teams to align hiring needs with business goals, including
- Coordinate with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure structured, fair, and consistent evaluation processes.
- Additionally, this role will play a critical part in supporting the TDAV summer intern program, including onboarding, orientation, and the overall program experience. The recruiter will collaborate with TDAV and Early Careers teams to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for interns, from their first day through the completion of the program. This includes coordinating orientation logistics, facilitating program events, and serving as a key point of contact for intern support and engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of the broader New York Life summer internship programming, including onboarding, events, communications, and overall intern experience.
- Ensure a high-touch, personalized candidate journey from application through onboarding.
- Manage communications, timelines, and feedback loops using CareerHub and other platforms.
- Track and report on key hiring metrics (e.g., offer-to-acceptance ratio, candidate and manager satisfaction, intern conversion).
- Support the implementation of assessment tools like HackerRank or Filtered.AI to enhance technical screening.
- Serve as a liaison between TDAV, Early Careers, and HR partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Provide guidance and training to interviewers and hiring managers on best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in campus or early career recruiting, preferably in tech or data-driven environments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., CareerHub) and virtual interview platforms (e.g., MS Teams).
- Passion for early talent development and diversity recruitment.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $79,000-$101,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
