The Senior Associate, HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving and supporting a variety of HR processes and initiatives. The position will work in partnership with the Group Benefit Solutions HR Business Partner team to provide support to Technology and Underwriting.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Provide ongoing support for key HR processes, including promotions, performance management, talent management, and organizational design.
  • Assist with HR initiatives, projects, and programs, ensuring alignment to business goals and priorities.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
  • Develop solutions to streamline recurring tasks and enhance overall workflow effectiveness.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from employees, providing timely and accurate information or solutions as needed.
  • Consult with the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Compensation, Employee Relations, Operations, Talent Management, Analytics as needed.
  • Partner with GBS’ Learning and Knowledge Management team and Corporate Communications to drive employee engagement initiatives.

 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably supporting a front-office function.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint), including a strong working knowledge of data analysis functions.
  • Interest in asset management / investments industry, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the business.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactive, results-driven, and client-focused.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:  $77,000 -$101,00 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
