Senior Associate, MarTech Platform & Campaign Innovation Lead
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week
Level: PF4 | Individual Contributor | RA Marketing Digital Team
This role connects marketing strategy with the technology that powers it. You’ll sit within the RA Marketing Digital Team and serve as the bridge between campaign stakeholders and the platform teams that deliver them. You’ll oversee the roadmap, backlog, and delivery cadence for AEM (websites), DAM (content library), and SFMC (email journeys). Your work will turn marketing needs into clear, actionable plans, guiding execution from idea through delivery. You’ll help ensure campaigns launch faster, platforms scale smarter, and stakeholders stay aligned at every step.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the MarTech platform roadmap and backlog. Collaborate with IT and digital product teams to prioritize work, plan sprints, and lead QA/UAT for releases that support marketing goals.

Translate marketing and campaign strategies into clear, testable user stories with defined acceptance criteria. Ensure alignment across teams and traceability from idea to execution.

Drive adoption of advanced platform features including journey orchestration, dynamic content, automation, and cross-channel integrations.

Pilot and scale innovations such as AI tagging, predictive insights, or dynamic forms to improve advisor engagement.

Keep stakeholders informed through regular updates, risk reviews, and demos that build alignment and confidence.

Qualifications:

Experience with AEM, DAM, SFMC, or similar platforms

Familiarity with annuities, financial services, or B2B marketing preferred

Experience working in Agile teams or alongside product owners

Proficient in writing user stories and acceptance criteria (e.g., using Jira)

Strong cross-functional communication and planning skills

Comfortable managing dependencies across technical, marketing, and content teams

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $124,000-$177,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
