About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and drive end-to-end design across a portfolio of products within our Field Experience (FX) value stream.

This role is a critical partner to design leadership and will own UX and UI design execution across multiple products that support how our agents recruit, onboard, collaborate, and serve clients. You’ll focus on the highest-impact areas across this portfolio, with support in prioritization and direction from product and design leadership.

This is a hands-on role with a high degree of ownership in a collaborative environment. You’ll independently drive design execution while staying closely aligned with design leadership and cross-functional partners. You’ll be trusted to support and contribute to discovery efforts and lead design execution through delivery: defining workflows, shaping interaction patterns, and delivering high-quality, production-ready designs. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions are thoughtful, scalable, and aligned to both user and business needs.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in complex, evolving environments, enjoys owning ambiguous problem spaces, and is comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with significant responsibility and impact.

What you’ll do

Own design across a portfolio of products

  • Lead end-to-end design across multiple products within the Field Experience value stream

  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities and deadlines, maintaining focus on the highest-impact work

  • Balance priorities across parallel initiatives while maintaining high-quality output

  • Ensure consistency and cohesion across experiences through reusable patterns and systems

Drive design from discovery through delivery

  • Translate business and user needs into clear experience strategies, workflows, and interaction models

  • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and detailed specifications for development

  • Deliver designs ahead of development and support teams through build, including design QA

Partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to execute against defined priorities and product direction

  • Translate business requirements and product strategy into clear, effective experience solutions

  • Apply design perspective to defined problem spaces and product priorities

  • Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively

Operate with autonomy and ownership

  • Own design execution across assigned products with a high degree of independence

  • Move work forward proactively within defined product direction and priorities

  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience within existing product frameworks

  • Maintain strong alignment with design leadership on direction, quality, and standards

Use research and data to inform decisions

  • Partner with Research and Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities

  • Incorporate qualitative and quantitative insights into design decisions

  • Iterate on solutions based on feedback, testing, and performance metrics

Raise the bar for design quality

  • Deliver thoughtful, scalable, and user-centered design solutions

  • Contribute to and leverage design systems, patterns, and best practices

  • Participate in design critiques and help elevate overall team craft

What success looks like

  • Design work progresses independently and consistently without bottlenecks

  • Product teams are aligned around clear, well-defined experience solutions

  • Experiences across Field Experience products feel cohesive and high quality

  • Opportunities for improvement are identified proactively and acted on

  • Design execution becomes faster, more consistent, and more impactful across the portfolio

You should have

  • Experience mentoring or providing guidance to other designers is a plus

  • Strong experience designing complex, workflow-driven products (dashboards, portals, servicing experiences, forms/documents) and/or customer self-service experiences.

  • Experience working closely with engineers in an agile sprint environment; comfortable moving from discovery to delivery.

Skills

  • Strong command of human-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and UX writing collaboration.

  • Comfortable using qualitative + quantitative inputs to make decisions and prioritize work.

  • Proficiency with Figma (and modern prototyping tools) and collaborative whiteboarding tools (e.g., FigJam, Miro).

  • Experience designing AI-powered or automation features (e.g., recommendations, assistive copilots, or intelligent tooling) that improve real workflows.

  • Comfortable partnering with Data/ML and Engineering to shape prompts, inputs/outputs, and UX patterns that account for model limitations and edge cases.

  • Familiarity with Responsible AI and privacy-by-design practices (transparency, user control, and protecting sensitive customer data).
