Role Overview:
Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable solutions that elevate service performance and customer experience?
We’re seeking a Senior Associate, Service Insights & AI Solutions to bridge analytics, technology, and business partnership—helping to shape and execute strategies that enhance operational excellence through insight-driven action.
As a Senior Associate, you’ll combine technical acumen with strategic collaboration to turn data into impact. You’ll work closely with operational leaders and business partners to implement and scale analytics-driven improvements, leveraging tools such as Verint Speech, Text, and Desktop Analytics, as well as BI platforms and databases. This role goes beyond reporting—you’ll help design, build, and embed solutions that drive measurable change and adoption across teams.
What You'll Do:
• Partner with business and operations leaders to translate insights into practical, scalable solutions that improve efficiency and service outcomes.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools (e.g., Verint Speech, Text, and Desktop Process Analytics) to identify and execute improvement opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics models that monitor performance and measure the impact of initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting and analytic deliverables.
• Use SQL and other database tools to access, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Present complex findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling, and actionable way.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and solid experience with the MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Hands-on SQL/database experience preferred —comfortable querying, joining, and validating data.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate analytics into business context and influence decisions.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Transparency
Salary range: $97,500-$120,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
