Senior Associate, Unqork Configuration Lead

We are seeking a talented Unqork Configuration Lead to play a critical role in delivering this groundbreaking project.
Role Overview:
As the Unqork Configuration Lead, you will take charge of configuring, customizing, and deploying applications on the Unqork platform to meet complex business requirements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful delivery of high-impact solutions. This role demands a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end configuration and development of applications on the Unqork platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into Unqork configurations.
- Design and implement workflows, UI/UX components, and integrations using Unqork tools.
- Ensure configurations are optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop reusable components and frameworks to accelerate future development.
- Perform rigorous testing and debugging to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Unqork developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Stay current with Unqork platform updates and industry trends to drive innovation in solution design.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years overall experience with 3+ years of proven experience in configuring and developing applications on the Unqork platform.
- Unqork certification or other relevant no-code platform certifications.
- Understanding of life insurance processes or related financial services experience is a plus.
- Strong expertise in creating workflows, rules, and integrations within Unqork.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integration best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading teams in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy standards in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with other no-code/low-code platforms is an advantage.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $95,000-$162,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
