We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing professional to join our team.  The ideal candidate in this role is digitally savvy and will support both the activation of our Eagle Strategies business’ digital efforts across platforms as well as enablement of digital marketing capabilities to support strategic efforts. 

We are working on a hybrid schedule, in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and fully remote on Monday and Friday!!

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing activities and campaigns including project managing, build, testing and deployment
  • Provide subject-matter expertise across SEO, targeting and tracking and measurement related to email/digital marketing
  • Play a role in driving awareness and engagement across audience segments through all digital channels
  • Execute email marketing campaigns targeted to key audiences. This includes email template development, setup, testing, email list management and implementing ways to drive engagement and increasing metrics
  • Oversee the day-to-day publishing of content across websites which includes file uploads, page builds, page updates, copy changes, content syndication, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives
  • Work with creative vendors to create compelling digital assets (social, web page builds, video, etc.) and manage the process from beginning to end, including the Compliance approval process, expiration management, etc. 
  • Analyze and create digital analytics reports across programs

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, including two years of website, social media and email marketing experience, preferably in a financial services role.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and UI/UX best practices, HTML knowledge and experience using Eloqua or similar email marketing software is a plus
  • Proficient in digital marketing across a range of social media platforms including LinkedIn
  • Ability to work collaboratively and make recommendations towards continued success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Results-oriented, ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive initiative while focusing on the quality of work delivered across audience segments
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with very tight deadlines and ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage a heavy volume
