The LTC Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of inforce management of the LTC product line. This role will be responsible for supporting these efforts, while also assisting new LTC product development and other cross-functional initiatives. The role requires an individual prepared to build on an existing foundation of general LTC insurance knowledge with a strong interest in furthering their product management.expertise. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, excellent organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The role will collaborate with members from across the organization including Technology, Service, Compliance, Agency, and Marketing.
The LTC Product Manager will report directly to the LTC Product Leader within the LTC department.
Primary responsibilities in support of product management tasks/projects include:
- Become Subject Matter Expert of both standalone and linked-benefit LTC products
- Drive successful launch of new LTC products in close coordination with both external and internal business partners
- Manage all post-launch product requirement efforts
- Lead LTC product-related investigation/remediation efforts as needed
- Provide LTC product management support for Agency promotions, campaigns, and incentives
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with business partners across the organization
- Assist and collaborate with other members of the LTC and Life Products organization in prioritization discussions to schedule effective product implementation strategies
- Provide ad hoc reporting as necessary to glean insight into LTC sales trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with strong life and/or LTC insurance knowledge
- Ability to plan and execute independent and team projects within a reasonable time frame supporting product specific initiatives (product development and inforce management)
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Flexibility to juggle and prioritize, supporting efforts across multiple high priority projects; must be organized and detail oriented
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint) software

Salary range: $90,000-$135,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
