Senior Associate - Open Text Ex Stream (OTE) Developer
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week
As a Senior Associate, your primary responsibility will be to thoroughly understand the Business requirements and apply it to design Life Insurance and Annuities Policy contract templates using reusability of such templates wherever it’s necessary. To do this successfully, you should possess fundamental knowledge of such regulatory contracts, and have experience in collaborating with business stake holders, analysts, other designers, and Technology teams. A blend of technical and analytical skills is important for this position, together with a genuine interest in building a career in Life Insurance industry.
What You’ll Do:
• Design and implement regulatory policy contracts using OpenText
Ex stream Communication Designer.
• Take full ownership of assigned modules or services with minimal supervision.
• Work closely with product managers and business analysts to clarify requirements.
• Partner with the QA team to take full ownership of issue identification, root cause analysis, and resolution across all testing phases.
• Participate actively in Agile best practices — standups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
• Your ability to strategize and provide input and recommendations for long-term solutions indicates a proactive approach in addressing challenges.
What You'll Bring:
• Working Experience with OpenText Ex stream Communication designer, Content Author and Orchestration and exposure to Multichannel delivery; Understanding of output formats: PDF, print streams (AFP, PostScript, PCL).; mapping of XML and JSON payloads.
• Exposure to AWS Cloud core services.
• Working knowledge of Bash Shell Scripts.
Required Skills:
• BS / MS in Computer Science.
• Experience with OpenText Ex stream Cloud Platform. Applying complex formulas, Dynamic Content rules, designed reusable templates and Objects.
• Solid Understanding of AWS Cloud core services (S3, lambda, Step functions, SQS, Event Bridge).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Job scheduling tools (Enterprise Scheduling Processor, Stonebranch).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipeline and GIT Source Control.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments
• Exposure to Python Programming Language.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for development or troubleshooting.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
