An exciting opportunity to work with a team of learning and development professionals. The Learning and Development Instructional Designer Senior Associate is responsible for the design, development and delivery of instructional material in multiple delivery formats to the following audiences:

 

• New Investment Advisor Representatives

• Established Investment Advisor Representatives

• Field Management (General Offices & Agency Standards Managers)

• Home Office Employees

 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine learning needs and design, develop and deliver instructional content

• Recommend content and mediums that will positively impact audience knowledge around particular topics

• Record, edit and maintain learning content

• Manage relationship(s) with firm's learning management system (LMS)

• Manage the compliance approval process for learning content

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training

• Participate in special projects, as assigned

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

• 5+ years’ experience in instructional design and/or agent/advisor training support

• Wealth management experience a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in PowerPoint. Advanced proficiency a plus

• Experience working directly with advisors strongly preferred
