Senior Associate - Sales Marketing Review Analyst
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week
This position is hybrid - Tuesday - Thursday in the New York Office and Monday and Friday work from home.

Your Role:
- Compliance Champion: Conduct thorough reviews of marketing materials to ensure they meet FINRA Rule 2210, SEC guidelines, and company standards.
- Rapid Responder: Deliver exceptional support to our business partners and agent salesforce with quick responses to advertising inquiries.
- Knowledge Sharer: Educate and inform partners about industry regulations and best practices for compliant marketing.
- Tech Trailblazer: Get involved in innovative projects using AI tools to streamline our workflow—think testing, training, and process development!
- Project Lead: Take the lead on compliance for new product launches, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborative Partner: Work closely with agents and advisors as they create their marketing materials, ensuring compliance throughout.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 3+ years in the industry preferred, but we’re open to talent.
- Licensing: FINRA SIE required. Series 6/26 or Series 7/24 is a plus. If you join us, you’ll need to pass the Series 6 within 3 months and the Series 26 shortly after.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with life insurance and annuity products, plus an understanding of relevant regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills are essential.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a high volume of documents and thrive under pressure.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive attitude.
- Professional & Agile: Customer-focused, adaptable, and professional in all interactions.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new tools.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $77,500-$115,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
