Position Summary

The Finance Senior Associate, which reports to the Corporate Vice President, Sales Planning & Analytics Lead within Foundational Business (FB) FP&A, will assist in driving analytics and metrics, complete industry benchmarking, and create messaging and commentary that will eventually be viewed by Senior and Executive Leadership.


Core/Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with In Agency and Product Management to support the Agency Life Sales Planning and Outlook processes
  • Assist in consolidating and reporting broader Enterprise Sales Plan, Outlook, and Actual results across all Foundational and Strategic Lines of Business. This will involve strong partnership with the Line of Business FP&A teams
  • Develop insightful analytics and messaging, based on analyzing sales experience, agent productivity, industry, and other emerging trends,
  • that informs Senior and Executive Leadership on sales strategy
  • Participate in the LIMRA process to develop sales survey responses and help build the communication for Senior and Executive Leadership
  • Partner closely with FP&A (FB and Corp), Insights Solutions, and Corporate Strategy teams on quarterly and BOD reporting



  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, and/or Data Science
  • Master’s Degree is a plus, not a must


Key Skills and Licenses & Certifications

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, and/or Business Data Analytics
  • Proficient in competencies with specific focus on open communication, process improvement, and analytics
  • Strong ability to collaborate and maintain ongoing working partnerships




Salary range: $90,000-$135,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No
