New York Life Investors is looking to add a Senior Associate to its Structured Finance Group.  The individual will help develop a Centralized Administrative & Analytical Support Team to facilitate data management, document management, and inquiry management on behalf of the Credit  & Trading Teams.




The ideal candidate will provide administrative and organizational support for the investment team as a first point of contact for other internal constituents, assist in the identification of external and internal information technology solutions to streamline document management, data analysis, and transactional credit analysis.  Respond to client inquiries, assist in reconciliation / trouble-shooting of operational issues, provide analytical or transactional support for financial statement purposes and to organize, format, and process data for ongoing investment surveillance.




The candidate should have 5+ years of trading support and systems analysis experience.


A Bachelor's Degree required, along with experience with BRS, Bloomberg, MS Excel & other Office products.

The candidate should possess the demonstrated ability to work well across the broader organization including: OCIO, CFD, IS, OGC, and other departments.  Candidates should possess the following attributes: problem-solving skills; creativity; systems competency; task automation capabilities; report management & document control; financial accounting literacy; and the ability to perform cash flow forecasting.
