The Third-Party Risk Senior Associate is responsible for supporting the Third Party Program Oversight area within Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), including supporting third-party monitoring activities across the TPRM Program.  In addition, this role will support various departmental and cross-functional assignments along with special projects as required.



•    Monitor business defined third party risk tolerances
•    Monitor and manage TPRM issues identified throughout the issue lifecycle
•    Keep TPRM issues and remediation information accurate and up to date
•    Manage and review Brand and Reputational assessment conclusions and reporting
•    Ensure efficient and effective risk management practices and adherence to internal standards
•    Contribute to the permanent improvement of the TPRM program (process, framework, indicators, etc.)
•    Maintain broad knowledge of best practices and trends in the field of third party risk
•    Work as a member of the team, supporting necessary activities to ensure the success of the TPRM program as may be delegated by the Head of Third Party Program Oversight
•    Support data integrity and various administrative activities



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (not required) 
  • Experience working in the Insurance or Financial services sector, 4+ years
  • Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence others
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different personalities effectively


Additional preferred qualifications

•    CTPRP or similar certification
•    Proficient in ServiceNow GRC and Vendor Risk platforms are a plus
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
