We are seeking a Senior Compensation Associate to join our strategic HR team in our New York office.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Corporate functions on compensation analyses, job evaluations, external offers, promotions and adjustments, interfacing directly with the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Serve as primary project manager for year-end compensation planning process, working in close liaison with HR Operations and coordinating all tasks related to testing, implementation and data management of planning module annually.
  • Serve as main contact for the HR Operations team in researching HR data issues and identifying requirements for ongoing HRIS needs and process improvements.
  • Support annual survey submissions and market competitive analysis.
  • Participate in ad-hoc reporting and analysis and special projects for non-executive compensation areas.
  • Support the compensation design, communication and implementation processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, analysis and exhibits for senior management, Board and Compensation Committee.
  • Other activities as required.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be a self-starter, detail-focused, results-oriented, team player, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to articulate and convey complex information to the compensation team and HR Business Partner clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Work experience in a corporate environment and 5+ years of compensation administration experience is preferred.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of corporate compensation principles including market data, job evaluations, salary ranges, incentive programs. 
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.

 

This is an exempt role (not eligible for overtime pay).
