This position is an individual contributor and manages the growth and development of key brand and lead generation programs via TV, CTV, Video, and Display.  A core focus of the position is to generate brand demand and drive efficient sales leads to our 12,000 agents through media optimization, partner testing, and analytics. You will bring your deep knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics, as well as a suite of measurement best practices that drives continuous improvement in the overall effectiveness of our marketing budgets both above and below the line.  This position works closely with our Digital Content, Web Properties, Analytics, Brand Creative, and Consumer Insights teams to provide paths to engaging and educational prospect experiences that drive lead conversions.


Responsible For:

  • Develop and execute growth lead acquisition strategies with an emphasis on scale and profitability
  • Lead external media agency team to create, forecast, and execute media plans based on growth strategies
  • Partner closely with the Analytics team to understand performance results and optimize media based on data driven targeting and reach
  • Collaborate with other internal Digital Media Managers on cohesive full funnel media strategies
  • Prove and show measurement of efficacy of upper and mid funnel media channels/tactics on lower funnel outcomes
  • Expand Cultural Market Strategy, working with the Financial Wellness center and customer content partnerships
  • Act as channel expert that shares to establish best practices within the Marketing Department
  • Remaining abreast of industry updates and create new partner testing plans
  • Manage highly complex and fluid media budgets
  • Work with Brand Creative and Content teams to develop creative, content, and web experiences that follow media best practices and will engage consumers throughout their journey




  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong competency and knowledge in developing and running multi-channel media campaigns withing TV, CTV, Audio, Video, Display with working knowledge of other advertising channels across Social and SEM with various buying methodologies (CPM, CPC, and CPA), etc.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge and experience with planning, buying, and optimizing on programmatic buying and selling platforms
  • Must be highly analytical and measurement driven with ability to organize and interpret data for actionable insights and campaign goals are fully met
  • Fluency in data-driven targeting and reach strategy
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Web analytics and online sales forecasting expertise
  • Skilled in creating and presenting plans and test strategies
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
