The RIA Senior Specialist will become an expert on all aspects our managed account and trading platforms. The Senior Specialist will take incoming calls from Eagle Advisors, their staff, and clients and act as a partner to facilitate transactions requests and account administration.

  • Handling incoming calls on all product types (stocks, bonds, mutual funds)
  • Learning and maintaining a strong working knowledge of multiple systems, products, and services
  • Providing subject matter expertise for third-party investment platforms to advisors, clients, and key business stakeholders
  • Developing subject matter expertise in one or more of our core competencies (i.e. New Business, Cashiering, or Goal Modifications)
  • Resolving escalated cases from advisors and operational/compliance issues that may arise during daily activities
  • Identifying process improvements and implement solutions to build efficiencies and increase productivity
  • Responding to inquiries from Eagle Strategies Advisors
  • Assisting the Internal Consultant and Portfolio Specialist Teams with new cases by providing operational expertise
  • Working with Eagle Strategies business partners to ensure that technology workflows are
  • operating correctly and efficiently
  • Adhere to a daily schedule dependent on business needs.
  • Required reporting of personal brokerage accounts and those of your household (i.e., if living with a parent or guardian).



  • Bachelor’s Degree; Finance or Business discipline preferred
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in client service and operations, preferably with knowledge of new account processing, cashiering, goal modifications, and general account maintenance
  • Holds a Series 6 or 7 licensing or willing to attain Series 6 or 7 within one year
  • Interest in the wealth management/managed account industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve team objectives
  • Broker-dealer, RIA, or wealth management experience a plus
