Job Summary:


The Strategy and Integration Senior Associate will report to the Strategy and Integration lead. This role will support the Strategy and Integration team in all business areas to plan, coordinate, and execute day to day initiatives with a focus on training and communications while also supporting campaigns, operational needs, and beyond. The role is both strategic and implementation based and will work closely with all Business Solutions teams and business partners to provide a seamless agent experience.




  • Support strategic efforts including the development and integration of the Business Solutions Agent Engagement strategy in alignment with business and enterprise goals.
  • Develop implementation plans and support/lead execution of department initiatives; manage end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, identify needs, and drive alignment between Business Solutions teams and key stakeholders/partners
  • Develop new training material and update/maintain existing training material including eLearning courses, FAQs, playbooks, training presentations, and beyond
  • Work to support Strategy and Integration Lead with strategic business partnerships to ensure alignment
  • Create and send communications to the field; manage the development and review/approval process with stakeholders and vet material through the appropriate channels (Compliance, Aprimo, SMRU, etc.)
  • Contribute to broader business transformation initiatives and strategic rollouts and offer input as needed; produce deliverables and/or work products with guidance from the Strategy and Integration Manager/Lead




  • BA/BS degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 1-2 years in a management consulting firm preferred
  • 5+ years of functional experience in business transformation, organizational effectiveness, and/or related disciplines including but not limited to:
    • Change management
    • Learning and development
    • Organization design
    • Strategy and operations
    • Project/program management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce written communications for large audiences (digital, print, etc.)
  • Ability to create executive level presentations and communications
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive leadership alignment
  • Strong focus on collaboration, people development, and leadership
  • Ability to be flexible with projects and resources
  • Strong and effective communication skills; ability to present to senior leaders, as well as peers in a clear manner, fostering dialogue and helping to drive decisions;
  • Ability to build relationships and reach across the organization to influence areas outside direct line of reporting
  • Ability to be flexible with projects and resources
  • Project and process management skills, including proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who takes initiative
