This is for the South East location

The candidate will be a wholesaler for Third Party Retail Life and sales of our Retail products through the following distribution channels:(1) independent producers; (2) brokerage general agencies and (3) independent regional broker dealers.

They will be accountable for the performance and results of a large area with multiple related teams and advanced professionals. Must have substantial knowledge of Third-Party Brokerage and whole life insurance.  Executes functional business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy. Decisions are guided by functional and company strategy and priorities.

Technical Expertise:

  • Knowledge of life insurance and tax issues
  • Understands high net worth markets
  • Requires broad and comprehensive understanding of internal and external best practices 

Functional Knowledge:

  • Applies broad industry awareness to drive financial and operational performance across functions


  • Leads directly or indirectly through managers and/or advanced level professionals; develops annual or long-range plans to align with functional strategies
  • Develops other leaders

Problem Solving:

  • Directs the resolution of the most complex problems or strategic business challenges
  • Covers a range of activities that require complex judgments and solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought
  • In-depth analysis with interpretive thinking is required to define problems and develop innovative solutions

Decision Making / Nature of Impact:

  • Has responsibility for making and driving significant decisions that impact the strategy and performance within an area
  • Must be able to influences others regarding shorter-term business and/or functional strategy decisions


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years wholesaler experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters or CLU, ChFC or CFP certification preferred
  • Insurance license and securities license 6 or 7, 24 or 26 and 65
