Responsibilities

· Set up and review security masters in Aladdin

· Maintain issuer-related data, including limits and roll-ups

· Review daily and monthly reconciliations between Aladdin and source systems

· Create and coordinate reports within Aladdin (Green Package/Explore/Aladdin View)

· Partner with technology and business teams to implement system enhancements

· Support multiple systems, including Bloomberg, Market Axess, and Tradeweb

Qualifications

· BS in Business Administration or Finance

· Up to 3 years of relevant experience

· Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

· Solid interpersonal, teamwork, and client service mindset

· Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivatives

· Familiarity with Aladdin or Bloomberg is a plus

· Strong technical and system skills

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $75,000-$106,500 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
