This associate position will partner with Human Resources Business Partners to drive HR initiatives including talent management and planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation, diversity initiatives, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HRBP team to deliver HR projects, programs, and initiatives including the development of and support for the execution of talent strategy and goals for the broader organization
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Compensation, Operations, Learning and Organizational Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to provide appropriate support to clients
  • Analyze key talent metrics and data to identify workforce trends and create executive reporting materials to deliver to leaders to make informed decisions regarding talent strategy
  • Support talent management initiatives including talent assessments, individual development planning, and training programs
  • Support change management programs and initiatives
  • Perform analysis to address relevant business needs, or work with business partners to obtain the required information
  • Provide support to clients on employees relations and other related issues in conjunction with more senior HR Business Partners
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
  • Serve as the point person for fulfilling day-to-day HR inquiries (i.e., position management, leave and accommodations administration, etc.) and ad-hoc data inquiries  

 Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-3 years working in Human Resources or consulting
  • Highly Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and to span organizational boundaries
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership for work
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

 

The work location is hybrid, in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and remote on Monday and Friday!!
