Offered salary: $140,000.00/year


Duties: Leads a team to define and plan product increments, sprint plans, dependencies, risks, and release dates for multiple Agile scrum teams. Manages, tracks, and communicates all key milestone dates, team commitments, risks, blockers, sprint progress, and team successes and challenges leveraging enterprise Agile tools (including JIRA, Confluence, Program Increment (PI) plans, and PI progress reports). Supports the creation and improvement of value flow through value streams by assessing and improving practices related to DevOps. Partners closely with Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and Engineering Leads to prioritize and ready software changes for Delivery teams to select for upcoming sprints. Prioritizes and manages code delivery from software vendors and reports status to Program Management and leadership teams. Manages resource capacity in alignment with budget availability for all scrum team activities.


Requires: Master's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience leading application development projects within the finance or insurance industry or, alternatively, a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience leading application development projects within the finance or insurance industry.

 

Experience must include 2 years in each of the following skills: Troubleshooting application programming interface (API) integrations to ensure accurate data transfer to clients leveraging Workday, Alight, and ADP HRIS platforms; Performing API testing to validate data between producer and consumer systems leveraging Python, GraphQL and Postman; Testing extract, transform, load (ETL) to ensure data load accuracy between source and target systems leveraging AWS Athena and SQL Workbench; Creating test automation scripts to validate user interface and backend leveraging Selenium automation, Java, TestNG, and Cucumber Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) framework; and, Packaging automation framework to perform Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) leveraging Jenkins, JFrog, and UDeploy.

Pay Transparency

Overtime eligible: Exempt

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
