Role Overview:
The Senior Administrative Specialist is integral to the efficient functioning of the office. As a Senior Administrative Specialist, you will be handling a range of administrative tasks that include providing support for onboarding new employees, meetings and travel, and supplying materials to staff. This role is also responsible for managing both electronic and paper documents, ensuring accurate review, logging, printing, and archiving. Additionally, the Senior Administrative Specialist assists the administrative team with projects and general duties, including document filing, scanning, and format conversion, all while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage several administrative tasks
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Provide employee supplies
• Schedule meetings, travel and other administrative duties
• Paying Invoices
• Work with electronic and paper documents and ensure the documents are properly reviewed, logged, printed and archived. These documents must also be reviewed and confirmed for accuracy.
• Assist the administrative team with projects and general team tasks including but not limited to filing paper and electronic documents, converting documents to a PDF format and scanning documents as needed.
• Utilize AI in daily tasks

• Strong organizational skills

• High School diploma, or GED from an accredited school required

Pay Transparency
Salary range: $42,000-$46,000
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
