Role Overview:
As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of domestic and offshore analysts dedicated to supporting the Service Insights and AI Solutions mission of transforming data into meaningful action. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to design and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiency. Your role involves overseeing the creation of insightful reports and intuitive dashboards while fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. Through your leadership and expertise, you will ensure data insights translate into actionable business outcomes that support strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a diverse team of domestic and offshore analysts, promoting collaboration, accountability, and ongoing skill enhancement.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of reports and dashboards that empower business partners to make informed decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data and AI-driven solutions that generate measurable business impact.
What You'll Bring:
Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in report development, dashboard creation, and data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Verint or other analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of data analysis principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
- Track record of converting data insights into actionable outcomes that enhance customer experience and operational performance.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with AI-driven data solutions or advanced analytics initiatives.
- Familiarity with managing offshore teams and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Background in service insights or customer experience analytics.

Pay Transparency
Salary range: $88,000-$125,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
