The Service Transition Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining project plans for the purpose of tracking tasks and priorities on major projects in order to accomplish goals and objectives on time and on budget.

The person will ensure all stakeholders are fully prepared to embrace changes to business processes, systems, and technology by managing all aspects of IT readiness, including access requests, creating support model, coordinating with business counterparts to ensure communication and training, and working with cross-functional teams to accomplish change management tasks. Create a knowledge base of documented processes and plans and identify improvements on an ongoing basis.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must be able to identify risks and effectively and proactively communicate status to the business and to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Should be an effective communicator and be able to chair project status meetings, deliver presentations and or reporting on project status and delivery.
  • May have significant experience and knowledge of a specific business or technology related to the projects managed.

 

 

Salary range: $132,500-$197,500 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No
