Corporate Vice President - : Senior Windows Service Architect/Engineer

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per quarter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Windows Service Architect/Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and expertise with Microsoft EUC platform ecosystem and exposure to other non-Windows technology (Linux, Apple, etc.). This role requires a blend of technical prowess in Software, Hardware, Virtualization, Cloud, Security, and excellent communication skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Architect, Implement, manage, and monitor EUC solutions with a strong emphasis and focus on End User Experience.
  • Provide technology and strategy roadmaps for EUC in support of NYL Value Streams and business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials for end-users to ensure best practices.
  • Serve as the primary contact for escalated L3 support issues related to EUC, diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard corporate data.
  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and deployment of new EUC technologies and hardware.
  • Provide excellent technical support and guidance to users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in EUC.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in EUC as a senior engineer with a focus on Microsoft Windows technologies.
  • Proven expertise in engineering and supporting a complex EUC environment including but not limited to, Global, Work from home, cloud, in-office.
  • Experience in deploying and managing EUC solutions in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Autopatch and Autopilot.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Strong experience in Level 3 support roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with management profiles in the Windows, W365, or AVD space is preferred.

 

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:  $122,500-$210,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
