This is a hybrid position that only requires 3 days per Quarter working in an office. 

 

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of SME engineering knowledge of SCCM / MECM and Intune

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engineer and manage the implementation / deployment of Microsoft Modern Management platforms including Azure, Intune, MECM (SCCM), Cloud Management Gateway, Windows Autopilot, Co-management, and MEM
  • Responsible for updating and defining new device management standards for the Modern Workplace
  • Leverage Modern Management Endpoint practices to update and maintain security standards and OS patch levels for client endpoints.
  • Document technical standards, policies, and procedures pertaining to areas of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with other IT organizations to develop, implement, and influence corporate standards around the End User Compute Management space.
  • Provide Level 3 Support through escalated incident tickets from the Service Desk and onsite Support Teams per defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide support, training, and assistance to help maximize efficiency & productivity of IT-staff.
  • Advanced understanding of architecture, design, installation/implementation, and configuration of profiles/ policies.
  • Strong knowledge of Endpoint management, Microsoft Intune Technology; Creating Security Policy, Device Compliance, Troubleshooting

 

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Expert knowledge in designing, configuring, deploying, and supporting policies within the Microsoft Modern Device Management ecosystem.
  • Understanding of LAN, WAN and network environments, routing protocols, various technology architectures including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN
  • Strong PowerShell and SQL skills.
  • Experience with 3rd Party vendor solutions such Tanium and 1E
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory Group Policies and Intune Conditional Access.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft cloud technologies such Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, Hybrid Joined devices and Azure Ad Joined devices
  • Excellent ITSM Knowledge of Incident, Critical Incident and Change Management Process
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Salary range: $75,000-$115,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
