Role Overview:
This role is focused on completing various high-volume financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, focused on quality, and eager to develop experience in a structured, service-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:
• Receivables Management
o Posting of overpayment collections
o Application of overpayments
o Validation of overpayments
o Offset vendor remittance reporting
o Routinely monitoring ongoing repayment activity
• Communications
o Claimant communication (generally via letters and phone calls) to research refunds, provide status, etc.
o System coding and drafting claimant letters for the application of estimated offsets.
o Internal/External partner communication, verbal and written, with high degree of professionalism and accuracy required.
• Administrative Reporting
o Weekly creation and distribution of reports from various sources to internal and external resources and partners

What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in insurance or related industry.
- Strong attention to detail and task quality.
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with customers to timely resolve questions.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt and apply theory to new or variable situations as needed.
- Recognizes and solves typical problems; evaluates and selects solutions from established options.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Quick learner in structured environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Associates degree or insurance industry designation (Associate, Customer Service (ACS), Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), etc.).
- Experience with disability products.
- Experience with Admin Suite.

Pay Transparency
Salary range: $45,000-$64,500
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
