Senior Associate, Change Communications

Role Overview:
The Change Communications Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s change management initiatives by focusing on effective communication strategies. Reporting to the Senior Communication and Change Management Leader, this individual will craft and execute clear, impactful messaging to drive employee understanding, engagement, and readiness during organizational transformations. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, change management leaders, and business units to ensure communication aligns with broader change management objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Communication Strategy Development
- Develop communication plans tailored to support Service change initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s change management framework.
- Collaborate with business leaders to craft messaging that addresses the impact of organizational changes on employees, processes, and culture.
- Create and maintain a communication calendar to ensure timely delivery of key updates and information to stakeholders.
- Content Creation and Delivery
- Write, edit, and design change-related communications, including emails, presentations, intranet updates, FAQs, and leadership talking points.
- Produce engaging content that explains complex changes in an accessible and actionable manner.
- Assist leadership in delivering consistent messaging through employee forums, videos, and team meetings.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with department heads, HR, and other business units to gather insights and feedback to inform communication strategies.
- Act as a communication resource for Service leaders, providing guidance on how to deliver change messages effectively.
- Monitoring and Feedback
- Track the effectiveness of communication efforts through surveys, feedback sessions, and analytics.
- Provide recommendations to improve communication strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Continuous Improvement
- Maintain a library of communication templates, toolkits, and resources for use in future change initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry best practices in change communication and apply learnings to enhance the organization’s approach.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in communications, public relations, organizational development, or a related field.
- Experience working in field service operations, regional offices, or complex operations within the financial services industry.
- 4+ years of experience in communication roles, preferably within change management or organizational transformation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create messages for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or Kotter is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar).
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
