Senior Associate, Digital Solutions Analyst

What You’ll Do:
• Listen to and learn from clients and brokers to understand how multiple client personas interact with leave and benefits data, including the decisions they are trying to make and the risks they are managing.
• Translate client insights into experience-led requirements, ensuring reporting and analytics solutions are intuitive, role-appropriate, and actionable.
• Partner closely with IT Product Owners and Agile delivery teams to shape, refine, and deliver digital solutions that balance client experience, technical feasibility, and data integrity.
• Consolidate and prioritize business and client requirements related to digital reporting and insights across platforms and channels.
• Champion alignment and consistency of data definitions, metrics, and narratives across all client-facing reporting experiences.
• Embed an understanding of complex leave interactions, regulatory considerations, and operational workflows into solution design and acceptance criteria.
• Drive prioritization decisions by balancing client value, market differentiation, operational readiness, and technical complexity.
• Centralize feedback from clients, Distribution, Client Experience, Operations, Product, and IT to inform roadmap decisions and backlog prioritization.
• Define and coordinate acceptance criteria and “definition of done,” ensuring solutions meet intended client and business outcomes.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within the client reporting ecosystem and proactively recommend enhancements or innovations.
What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, information systems, or a related field; and/or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in group benefits, insurance, financial services, or a similarly complex, regulated industry.
• Strong experience working at the intersection of digital platforms, data, and client experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of leave, disability, or benefits data, including the complexity of interactions, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with IT Product Owners and technical teams in Agile environments.
• Experience acting as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role delivering data-driven digital capabilities.
• Ability to independently identify problems, synthesize insights, and drive solutions forward in ambiguous environments.
• Strong knowledge of Group Benefits (Leave Management, Disability, Life, Supplemental Health) preferred.

Pay Transparency
Salary range: $97,500 - $125,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
