Operational Investment Associate

The ideal candidate will support operations’ professionals and assist in the execution of deal closings as well as maintain, update, and enhance the operational policies and procedures. Additionally, will perform special projects for the operations’ team as requested, particularly more administrative and data-entry tasks.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Respond to requests from external sources such as Fund Managers, Administrators, requiring data-related information and written material on all investment products.
• Maintain/update repository of data and written responses to be used for Audit purposes.
• Update online Fund Managers and third-party databases with firm and investment information.
• Develop an understanding of all Apogem’ s investment strategies to support the Investment Team.
• Assist in the organization and processing of investment documentation
• Support transaction execution

Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree preferred 
• Extreme attention to detail
• Verbal, written communications skills and an ability to work with all levels of internal staff
• Strong organizational skills; must be able to manage priorities and have a sense of urgency
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative
• Ability to work in a team-oriented culture and maintain a high-level of communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint 

Salary range:  

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No
