Manager, Service Leader 

Who We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Service Leader oversees the service operation at our local sales office. 

Exemplifying service to provide support to our internal and external customers 

Leading your team that provides a seamless onboarding experience for agent candidates 

Running team member check-ins and planning sessions 

Conducting training sessions for your team and agents 

Overseeing cases through the new business and accounting process 

Managing on-site operations 

Following company guidelines and established regulatory procedures (FINRA, SEC, state DOI, etc.) 

 

What You’ll Need: 

Bachelor’s degree required  

Demonstrated leadership ability with at least two years of supervisory experience 

Series 99 FINRA registration required within first six months

Ability to make sound decisions with agile problem-solving skills
