This position involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Perform administrative duties for the Sales & Service Center Department with primary support for the Corporate Vice President. 


  • Facilitate flow of departmental communication via telephone, print, fax, laminate, scan, ship/mail, vendor orders
  • Arrange business travel accommodations in accordance with Corporate Travel Policy
  • Manage and maintain calendars and scheduling commitments
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and manage catering needs
  • Attend meetings in order to record minutes; compile, transcribe and distribute same
  • Observe deadlines and reporting guidelines in the preparation of expense reporting
  • Proactively manage corporate credit card account statement reconciliation for all staff
  • Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures
  • Arrange information and files for ease of retrieval, space management, while observing appropriate security protocol
  • Requisition and/or order supplies
  • Process Information
  • Read and analyze Email, memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for consideration and presentation by senior management
  • Collect and analyze Call Center metrics and other benchmark data needed to prepare documents, reports and correspondence
  • Provide auxiliary administrative support when operational commitments dictate




  • Advanced mastery of MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, Excel, and Visio
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • Utilizes strong computer and Internet research skills.
  • Knowledgeable of operation and basic troubleshooting for peripheral office equipment (i.e. copiers, network printers, scanners, fax machines, varied audio visual equipment)

  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
