Corporate Vice President, Solution Architecture Manager
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week
Role Overview:
As a Solution Architecture Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and technical direction to ensure enterprise technology solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives. In this role, you will establish and govern architecture standards, reference patterns, and solution frameworks that enable modernization, interoperability, and operational excellence across the technology ecosystem.
As the leader of the Solution Architecture team, you will translate business strategy into actionable technical designs, guiding solution development for major initiatives. You will blend architectural vision, deep technical expertise, and people leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and resilient technology solutions that support long-term business goals.
What You’ll Do:
• Define, maintain, and govern architecture standards, guiding principles, and reference models to ensure consistency and long-term sustainability of technology solutions.
• Lead end-to-end solution design for complex initiatives, providing oversight from concept through implementation to ensure alignment with business strategy and security requirements.
• Assess current technology environments and develop target-state architectures and roadmaps that support modernization and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to evaluate emerging technologies, conduct trade-off analyses, and present recommendations to senior management for investment and planning decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Solution Architecture team members, managing capacity, work allocation, and performance to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

You bring deep expertise in enterprise and solution architecture, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies. You are a collaborative leader who influences stakeholders across functions, drives governance and architectural discipline, and fosters innovation in cloud and hybrid environments. You combine strong analytical thinking with practical execution, enabling teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 7–10 years of experience across architecture, software engineering, integrations, infrastructure, middleware, or security domains.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams or serving as lead architect on large, complex initiatives.
• Strong expertise in cloud and hybrid architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP), API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical facilitation skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with AI technologies, including agentic frameworks, AI integration patterns (e.g., MCP, A2A), and enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).
• Knowledge of security frameworks and secure-by-design principles.
• Experience conducting proofs of concept and making build-versus-buy recommendations.
• Familiarity with data architecture, integration practices, and operational resilience planning (e.g., disaster recovery, capacity planning).
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $133,000-$190,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
