This position involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.


The Manager will supervise offline advertising content in support of our Direct Mail Acquisition and Customer programs. This manager will be the Content Manager for several programs and set daily priorities with staff Specialists/Associates coordinating all assigned programs. The Manager will be responsible for overall advertising content compliance, integrity, quality, and timeliness of these programs. This position will partner with outside agencies, internal Creative, Strategy and Compliance partners. The Manager will need to be a critical thinker who can solve for a variety of challenges, negotiate with internal and external partners, and verify final requirements are met prior to execution of the print campaign.


Supervise the daily activities and training of staff and monitor all assigned channels and campaigns for successful completion of  mailings within set schedules. Supervise adherence to business process, coordinate workloads, quality control reviews, etc. Monitor feedback, negotiate, escalate, reconcile change requests/instructions from Compliance, Product, Strategy teams and external client. Refine and manage advertising content with mastery of best practices. Effectively convey and implement content changes and direction to production Agency. Ensure internal and external teams have all relevant specifications for advertising content. Maintain process documents, utilize content workflow and reporting software. Communicate opportunities or challenges to management. Coach and provide training to staff. Keep current on industry technology and trends.




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Advertising Communications, Creative Design, Print Production preferred.
  • 5+ years’ related experience required.
  • Must be proficient in project management and possess analytical abilities.
  • Experience in direct mail, graphic elements, copy editing and print production in a highly regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, flexibility working with multiple cross-functional teams, and attention to detail.
  • Must be experience with project management workflow tool, Excel and Adobe.
  • Working knowledge of print manufacturing, print and lettershop specifications, logic and data processing instructions with a variable look up table (LUT)
  • Mastery of processes and procedures; ability to apply innovations to work and leverage efficiency across channels.
  • Experience in negotiating on all levels with partners and have a strategy for work assignment with partners and staff.
  • Must have prior managerial experience in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize work within team and anticipate stakeholder needs/provide solutions.
  • Ability to direct production agency and support strategic projects.
  • Ability to promote innovation and efficiencies.
  • Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts and changes due to evolving information, manage expectations, and determine priorities.
  • Ability to solve for root issues, provide alternate solutions, engage internal and external partners and secure agreement.
  • Keep apprised of new information, filter for relevant impacts to projects and communicate impacts to appropriate parties.
  • Understanding the business impact of decisions.
  • Ability to analyze options, apply knowledge and experience to ensure best outcome.
  • Strong communication skills required to define work, negotiate changes, and influence decisions.
  • Ability to distill complex information into a clear, concise format. Enforce accountability model with direct feedback to ensure complete, accurate, and timely instructions.
