The Sr Associate, Digital Strategy is responsible for the creation and execution of email & website program strategies to drive engagement and improve conversion/acquisition (and ultimately value creation) throughout the prospect/applicants digital journey for AARP Life Insurance and other business lines

 

Responsibilities:

 

In partnership with the CVP, Digital Strategy and the broader digital team, this role will:

  • Plan, develop and implement site experience strategies to support our growing digital life insurance business
  • Drive email marketing strategy by leveraging audience, content, frequency, and messaging as optimization levers.
  • Define detailed scope of digital initiatives, working with business partners, creative and technology teams
  • Guide and improve the content publication & email campaign process
  • Build and execute comprehensive testing plans for site and email experiences
  • Leverage tools & dashboards to analyze & interpret digital experience effectiveness, identifying key drivers of site conversion and email performance
  • Make recommendations for continuous improvements to evolve site and email programs
  • Create A/B and multivariate test campaigns using Adobe Campaign, Adobe Test & Target and/or Sitecore
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with various members of the organization and corporate functions

 

Requirements:

 

  • Must have 3 - 5 years experience building digital strategies and products
  • Hands-on experience and proven track record of managing website projects and email campaigns from ideation to delivery
  • Proven experience building test and learn plans that continuously improve program engagement
  • Excellent project management, and time management skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams
  • Knowledge of digital tools, including Content Management Systems, Email Service Providers, and digital analytics tools
  • Experience working in an Agile environment to manage technical and business efforts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency in an aggressive, multi-tasking environment
