This associate position will partner with Human Resources Business Partners supporting the Agency and Retail Annuities organization to drive HR initiatives including talent management and planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation, diversity initiatives, and employee engagement.



  • Partner with HRBP team to deliver HR projects, programs, and initiatives including the development of and support the execution of talent strategy and goals for the broader organization
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Compensation, Operations, Learning and Organizational Development and Diversity & Inclusion to provide appropriate support to clients
  • Analyze key talent metrics and data to identify workforce trends and create executive reporting materials to deliver to leaders to make informed decisions regarding talent strategy
  • Support talent management initiatives including talent assessments, individual development planning, and training programs
  • Support change management programs and initiatives
  • Perform analysis to address relevant business needs, or work with business partners to obtain the required information
  • Provide support to clients on employees relations and other related issues in conjunction with more senior HR Business Partners
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
  • Work with Compliance and internal partners on FINRA registration of employees
  • Serve as the point person for fulfilling day-to-day HR inquiries (ie: position management, leave and accommodations administration, etc) and ad-hoc data inquiries  



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-3 years working in Human Resources or consulting
  • Highly Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and to span organizational boundaries
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership for work
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative





Salary range: $58,500-$85,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No
