Corporate Vice President, Field Experience Value Stream Communications Business Partner

Role Overview:
As Corporate Vice President, Field Experience Value Stream Communications Business Partner you will lead strategic communications planning, development, and delivery for the Field Experience Value Stream and Agency Zone initiatives. In this role, you will be accountable for the effectiveness, consistency, and business impact of the function’s communications, serving as the communications subject matter expert for the Field Experience Value Stream and establishing standards, best practices, and strategic guidance that enable agents, field managers, and Zone teams to recognize and act on opportunities through timely, relevant, and behavior-focused messaging. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a trusted communications business partner to Field Experience Value Stream leaders and stakeholders, while keeping the needs and capacity of agents and managers at the forefront. This role requires a high degree of responsiveness, adaptability, judgment, and executive presence. You will need to navigate competing priorities, operate effectively in ambiguity, influence across teams, and earn the trust of senior leaders and partners through consistent, strategic work.


What You’ll Do:
• Lead and proactively shape communications strategies and plans for Field Experience Value Stream priorities and select Agency Zone initiatives.
• Translate business priorities, operational changes, and initiative objectives into field-ready communications that clearly define what agents and managers need to know, do, and change.
• Partner with Field Experience Value Stream leaders, team members, and related stakeholders to clarify communication needs, audiences, desired actions, timing, and measures of success.
• Coordinate messaging, supporting assets, FAQs, and rollout timing across teams to create a cohesive and usable field experience.
• Draft clear, compelling communications and coordinate delivery through the appropriate channels.
• Balance business urgency with field capacity and communications discipline, helping stakeholders prioritize, sequence, streamline, and consolidate messages when appropriate.
• Use field feedback, adoption signals, performance data, and other insights to assess communications effectiveness and improve future rollouts.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and provide strategic communications counsel that supports successful launches and a positive field experience.

What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 8-10 years of corporate or business communications experience, with at least 5 years of in-house experience at a Fortune 500 company required, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Excellent writing, listening, presentation and communications skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to evaluate competing initiatives and prioritize communications based on business urgency, field capacity, and strategic priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze feedback and performance data to develop insights, inform strategic decision-making, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Ability to navigate a complex organization and operate within ambiguity is a must.
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity, generate insights, and support high-quality strategic work.
• Demonstrated track record of achievement and excellence in a world-class organization.
• Collaborative team player with executive presence and experience participating in and managing cross-functional projects across complex stakeholder groups.
• Proactive relationship manager, with experience providing strategic advice and counsel to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with change management, operational change, and/or culture change initiatives.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $119,000-$170,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
