Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Under limited supervision, provides high level, advanced support for Senior Vice President of the Agency Communication group of the Agency Department. Works as a liaison and partner to SVP's direct reports and management teams as well as Agency management team to help carryout department goals on a daily, weekly, quarterly basis.


General Profile:

  • Maintain all aspects of Senior Vice President calendar.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, arrange dinners, travel reservations, and conference calls/video conferences.
  • Answering the phones and assisting the caller or taking messages and routing as appropriate.
  • Reconcile travel expenses as well as process all other expenses.
  • Prepare draft correspondence letters/memo for review with SVP or management.
  • Prepare mail merges as well as files.
  • Open all mail and route as appropriate.
  • Aid other Executive Officers and Agency Communications staff as needed.
  • Order supplies for the department as needed.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects.


Functional Knowledge:

  • High School / GED
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • MS Outlook, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
