Field Learning Project Lead, CVP
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week
Role Overview:
The Field Learning Project Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and execution of department initiatives supporting our Agency distribution system. This role partners closely with stakeholders, instructional designers, delivery teams, and external vendors. The Field Learning Project Lead oversees multiple concurrent initiatives, project expenses and statements of work.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the planning and execution of learning programs and projects, including new content, updates to existing curricula, and program launches.
- Develop and maintain master project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across internal teams and external vendors in partnership with procurement.
- Coordinate instructional design work through resource management, scope clarity, progress tracking and alignment to key business outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships, including defining scope of work, reviewing deliverables, tracking milestones, and expense management.
- Partner with legal, compliance, and governance teams (e.g., OGC, SMRU) to ensure content meets regulatory and approval requirements and is submitted on time.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration among subject matter experts, delivery teams, communications, and technology partners to support successful program rollout.
- Support program logistics and execution for in‑person and virtual programs, including agendas, communications, registration coordination, and readiness milestones.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi‑workstream projects, preferably within learning, training, or professional development environments.
- Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working with instructional design teams and learning vendors to deliver eLearning, virtual classroom, and in‑person training solutions.
- Experience managing expenses, statements of work, and vendor performance and evaluation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including comfort interacting with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and review processes related to regulated learning content is a plus.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $119,000-$160,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
Please note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
