Sales Marketing Review Analyst
Location Designation: Hybrid - 1 day per week
This position involves a Hybrid work schedule - working onsite 1 day per week.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a sales marketing review analyst to join our team and work closely with Account Managers to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in our marketing materials. As a sales review analyst, you play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the NYL brand and ensuring marketing materials adhere to regulatory requirements. This role services our clients who are responsible for Marketing our Group Coverages. The products offered are Term Life, Level Term Life, Disability income insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment and other coverages.
What You’ll Do:
• Perform thorough and timely compliance reviews of marketing materials which comprise advertising and sales literature.
• Learn to read all Policy equipment such as Master Policies and Riders.
• Collaborate with other departments within GMAD to understand our business.
• Deliver high-level service with rapid response to address questions coming in from advertising houses representing our valued business partners.
• Educate and update business partners on regulatory changes within the industry and guidance on ensuring sales and advertising material are compliant.
• Serve as a lead for review of marketing new products.
• Independently work with Third Party Administrators when assigned as they create their own marketing materials.
• Assist with other administrative and compliance initiatives.
What you'll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of industry experience preferred.
• General knowledge of life insurance and other coverages a plus.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Must possess strong organizational skills to process a high volume of documents daily and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills along with being a self-starter.
• Must be professional, customer focused, and agile.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and receptive to learning new computer systems and tools. SharePoint a plus.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: 54,200-$62,400
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
