This challenging Administrative Assistant position will provide administrative support to a team of attorneys and paralegals in the Office of the General Counsel (OGC). The individual will have responsibility in coordinating many matters for OGC and will require the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and interact with all levels of the organization, as well as external parties.

The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills; be flexible and agile as priorities change; work effectively with other administrative assistants; and be able to handle highly confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage calendars and daily priorities for attorneys and assist with the day-to-day operations of their respective areas.

• Handle all aspects of administrative support in a timely and professional manner, including creation/review/revision of memos, letters, presentations, and reports.

• Handle heavy meetings planning/coordination and phone coverage.

• Assist with filing and organization, both electronic and paper.

• Prioritize phone, mail and E-mail messages; respond to requests on behalf of managers; track and follow-up on deliverables; maintain files- physical and electronic.

• Make travel arrangements and process related expense reports.

• Order and maintain office supplies.

• Receive, process and route mail to appropriate recipients.

• Assist with processing of other expense items, as needed.

• Work collaboratively with other administrative assistants.

• Handle other administrative duties as assigned.

 

 

Salary range: $55,000-$85,000 

Overtime eligible: Nonexempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No
