Senior Associate, Field Management Systems Specialist - Performance Innovation & Enablement

 

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week

Role Overview:

 

This role supports the Field Management Systems (FMS) team’s mission to empower field managers through intelligent tools, actionable insights, and scalable coaching systems. The position will focus on advancing performance analytics, enabling field-ready innovations, and supporting a coaching-centered culture across the organization.

This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role for someone excited by performance storytelling, digital systems, and practical innovation. You will contribute directly to AI initiatives, reporting automation, and field-facing resource development that together enable stronger coaching habits, greater accountability, and improved agent outcomes.

 

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Partner with FMS and Zone teams to support adoption of key FMS tools
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and contribute to reporting that connects tool usage to Agency outcomes
  • Support pilot testing and rollout of Gen AI-enabled coaching simulations and reporting enhancements
  • Assist in analyzing usage trends and surfacing coaching behavior insights to improve field manager impact
  • Ability to partner with other business areas in the organization. 
  • Participate in webinars, team events, and training sessions to gather feedback and support execution

 

 

What You'll Bring:


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, performance enablement, or training support
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools for reporting and insight development
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity or learning tools (e.g., ChatGPT, coaching simulations)

 

  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

 

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of NYL’s Career Agency System and field roles preferred
  • Exposure to Field Development Systems coaching frameworks and field manager development a plus

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $80,000-$115,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
