Senior Associate, Sales Operation Support

 

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week 

 

 

 

 

Role Overview: 

The Senior Associate, Sales Operation Support, plays a pivotal role in supporting the operational excellence of the Agency organization within the Foundational Business. This role ensures that critical sales strategy, operation, administrative, budgeting, and infrastructure support to ensure efficiency. You will serve as a strategic business partner across multiple teams, including Agency Senior Leadership, Finance, HR, and Field Experience Value Stream. Your work will directly impact the productivity and operational success of our sales force and leadership. This role will report into Field Activation, Agency.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of key operational initiatives in Agency.
  • Coordinate and manage Agency’s non-prop budget by partnering closely with Finance and Heads of Sales and Guidance.
  • Support the sales strategy team in operation and execution initiatives.
  • Provide data support by leveraging tools and dashboards to inform business insights and track performance across the Agency organization.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA a plus) and/or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or administrative support functions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and create meaningful insights for decision-making.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and aligning priorities across departments.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Experience in the financial services or insurance industry, particularly within a sales or agency setting.
  • Knowledge of space planning processes or facilities coordination.
  • Experience with budget coordination.
  • Experience building operational dashboards or process documentation with tools such as Tableau, Toad Data Point, Oracle.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $79,000 - $92,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

 

Please note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
