This role is responsible for delivering high quality Digital Products to our Agency field force by partnering closely with internal and cross functional teams including Digital Product Managers, UX Designers, Product Owners, Project Sponsors/stakeholders, and Technology teams. This role will be responsibility for building comprehensive set of product requirements within Agile delivery framework and will require to partner closely with technology teams to implement strategic capabilities on key Agency platform(s). The role will  be accountable for defining and managing product through solid requirements building process and testing (UAT) to help ensure that the final product meets the original business intent. In addition, the role will require to work with  training and communication teams for rollout readiness and closely monitor key defects/feedback patterns. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Play key role in planning, communicating, and building critical digital functionality to be used in the future by field agents and managers through close partnership with technology team (s) and business areas.
  • Utilize Agile processes to build, support, and collaborate with team members to execute software development and delivery in a rapidly evolving and deadline based environment.
  • Ensure that projects run smoothly on schedule, staying within defined scope and on budget, proactively identifying issues and appropriately escalating concerns and potential solutions to impacted parties across multiple business owners.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure project(s) are being completed efficiently and on time.
  • Play key role in situation analysis, synthesis, and resolution, solving unique and complex problems; requiring conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions.
  • Pro-actively work on building a backlog of requirements to be refined and executed in future iterations. 
  • Work to call out potential problems through an attention to detail to improve the quality and time to market of critical business solutions. 
  • Responsible for the delivery of end results focused on operational excellence. Perform User Acceptance testing and post production validation.
  • Provide informal, and occasionally formal, guidance to other members of the team.      

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient expertise in most common desktop and network computer applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, PDF viewing/creation, Social Media, and Android or iOS operation
  • Knowledge on Agile Development Methodology preferred but not required.
