The Zone Prospecting Consultant will work closely with all General Office Agency management teams to drive, support and monitor New Org Agent prospecting activity in each General Office throughout one of our four Zones.  This will be accomplished by, but not limited to: (1) Facilitation of Management Skill Builder sessions, (2) Group Instruction and Drill sessions attended by New Org Agents (3) Individual Instruction and Drill sessions for General Office managers and (4) Utilizing reporting functionality in our Salesforce CRM and proprietary data analytic tools. In addition, the Zone Prospecting Consultant will coordinate efforts with members of the Zone management team to identify opportunities to provide added support for the purpose of increasing prospecting and sales in focus/impact General Offices.

 

Role Overview:

  • Drive, support and monitor New Org Prospecting activity throughout the General Offices in which the Zone Prospecting Consultant is responsible for.
  • Train Field Managers on core prospecting competencies so they can help New Org Agents increase their number of weekly sales appointments
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in gathering and reporting data from our Salesforce CRM and other proprietary data analytic tools.
  • Create prospecting content to be delivered to Field Managers and Agents.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Comfort with digital tools (e.g., use of CRMs, navigating social media pages)
  • Client prospecting and sales competencies/experience

 

Ability to analyze week to week/month to month New Org Agent prospecting activity and trends and then recommend steps that GO Managers and Agents can take to continue activity or improve upon low activity.
