We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead our team of 12–15 client-facing Associates in managing new business training calls, validations, and audits. In this hybrid role, you will combine strategic oversight with hands-on management, ensuring that key performance indicators and departmental metrics are not only met but continuously improved. As a forward-thinking leader, you will work closely with cross-functional business partners—both internal and external—to implement innovative process enhancements that drive operational excellence and improve efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment that emphasizes professional growth and innovation.

  • Metrics & Performance Management:
    • Drive achievement of individual and departmental metrics, ensuring that target goals are consistently met through ongoing performance management.
    • Prepare, analyze, and review key performance reports and trend analyses on a monthly and quarterly basis to inform decision-making.
    • Present performance insights, trends, and recommendations to team members and leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment across the organization.

  • Process Analysis & Improvement:
    • Collect and analyze data on current business processes to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements.
    • Identify trends and recurring process exceptions through root-cause analysis and develop targeted resolution action plans to drive operational enhancements.
    • Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to both frontline teams and management to ensure alignment and execution.

  • Project & Change Management:
    • Lead and manage process improvement initiatives by defining requirements, outlining project plans, setting priorities, and monitoring progress through completion.
    • Coordinate with project management teams to pilot new system releases and integrate updated processes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Escalation Management:
    • Build and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure timely, accurate, and complete responses to inquiries and issues.
    • Manage escalated service issues professionally and ensure prompt resolution to maintain client satisfaction.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and/or change management.
  • Familiarity with group insurance products and plan designs is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, audit standards, and banking relationships.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, complemented by a proactive mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for clearly documenting processes and procedures.
  • Proven success in working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage heavy workloads efficiently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • A commitment to embracing modern work practices and a continuous improvement mindset.
