We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our technology team supporting the image and workflow platforms that power critical business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java (1.8 or higher), Spring Boot, Angular, IBM MQ, and RESTful API development. This role offers the opportunity to work on both front-end and back-end systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure enterprise applications.
What You’ll Do:
The Mid-Level Full Stack Developer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Image and Workflow applications, and for translating requirements into technical solutions to support business operations across various lines of business.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain UI applications and backend services that support enterprise image and workflow solutions.
- Build and maintain REST APIs to enable integration between front-end applications and backend services.
- Implement backend components using Spring Boot and Java 1.8+ that align with best practices in performance and scalability.
- Integrate systems and services through IBM MQ for reliable and asynchronous messaging.
- Work with Angular to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces for internal applications.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure high code quality.
- Collaborate with other developers, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support production systems through troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing performance.
- Maintain proper documentation for all developed components and services.

The Mid-Level Full Stack Developer is responsible for demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of end-to-end document capture, workflow processes, and platform integration to deliver scalable and effective solutions. This role requires advanced technical analysis and critical thinking abilities, as well as the capability to think strategically and communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technology teams.
- A strong foundation in Java (1.8 or higher) and Spring Boot, with the ability to build efficient, maintainable backend services.
- Hands-on experience with Angular to deliver intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces.
- Working knowledge of IBM MQ and RESTful API integration for secure and reliable enterprise communication.

- Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and reliable deliverables.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in full stack application development.
- Strong programming experience with Java 1.8+ and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Proficiency in Angular (version 8 or later) for building dynamic and responsive front-end applications.
- Working knowledge of IBM MQ or similar messaging middleware (JMS, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
- Understanding of Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Solid grasp of object-oriented design principles and microservices architecture.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in enterprise image and workflow systems (e.g., document processing or workflow automation platforms).
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Knowledge of SOAP web services, JMS, or Kafka is advantageous.
- Understanding security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS) and enterprise authentication methods.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $79,000-$113,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
