Corporate Vice Present, Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving financial insights, planning, and decision-making across the organization, with a particular focus on modernizing platforms and enhancing FP&A capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial modeling, and hands-on experience with FP&A tools, including Anaplan, Fluence, W-desk, Tableau, and advanced data analysis.
What You’ll Do:
In the near term, the role will be focused on enhancing and revamping FP&A core functions:
• Evaluate and implement new FP&A platforms used for data, modeling, and reporting with the goal of improving finance’s support for our business partners in timely decision-making.
• Play a key role in coordinating with multiple FP&A teams across the enterprise (e.g., sales, expenses, earnings, capital) for these modernization efforts.
• Design and develop FP&A dashboards for the enterprise and begin to revolutionize our reporting culture.
Examples:
• Be the coordination lead for new FP&A platform demos.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions of new FP&A capabilities to address community pain points.
• Build decks to illustrate a cohesive FP&A vision between all teams (sales, expenses, earnings, and capital).
• Build a roadmap to articulate near vs. long-term plans.
• Coordinate and lead discussions between stakeholders and tech teams on the database requirements.
• Lead discussions and design sessions on various FP&A dashboards.
What You’ll Bring:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
o Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, or related roles.
o Hands-on experience with financial planning software tools such as Anaplan, Fluence, W-desk, and Tableau.
o Strong experience in data analysis and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency with Anaplan for financial planning and modeling.
o Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling techniques.
o Strong data visualization skills with experience in Tableau.
o Knowledge of financial systems integration and automation is a plus.
• Other:
o Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
o Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
o Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and convert it into simple stories.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to financial analysis and reporting.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $117,500-$200,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
